Warehouse Management

Managing a successful warehouse gives you control over your stock and the ability to know exactly what items you have on hand and their dates of service.

This will allow you to exercise control over:

• Minimum orders ensuring you always have stock at hand
• Crucial items that needs to be stocked in case of breakdowns
• Stock for redundant machines/equipment
• Able to form a trend of stock lifecycle, thus allowing for correct purchases to be made in advance before it becomes critical
• No double orders or orders on items you already have in stock

You will work closely with a centralised contact point or individual similar to account manager to ensure the success of your warehouse management.
